From natural body care products and sustainably produced clothing to original art and handmade instruments, our festival hosts a variety of artisan vendors that have something for the whole family! WorldFest vending space is limited and our team selects a diverse, high-quality arrangement that will submerge anyone into a worldly and enjoyable experience.

Booth Types & Fees:

  • Non-power Artisan (10×10): $450
  • Non-power Artisan (10×20): $825
  • Artisan (10×10): $700
  • Artisan (10×20): $1,050
  • Refundable Cleaning Fee: $100
  • $25 Application Fee PAY HERE

In Addition to your Booth Space

  •  Vendor Credentials: 2 Additional credentials can be purchased at the following discounted prices: Adult – $200, Teen – $70, Youth – $30.
  • Camping: Vendors may camp in the campgrounds during the festival, Thursday – Monday. NEW THIS YEAR- No camping will be allowed within festival grounds.

The artisans are set up outdoors between stages. Electricity is available. This is a juried show with up to 45 artisans displaying their wares. Handmade arts and crafts are welcome as well as imported items. In your submission please include:

3 photos of your wares including one showing your booth set up.
A list of items you sell and their prices.
A list of other events you have participated in with references we may contact.
Do NOT send samples. Photos will NOT be returned.

The application deadline for 2022 has passed.

Artisan Booths range in price:
10′ X 10′ = $580
10’X 20’= $795
10’X30′ = $950

Booths are 10′ deep and various lengths long.    There is a $100 cleaning deposits and proof of insurance are required.
Vendors must bring their own to-code fire extinguisher.

Festival Open Hours for Vendors:
Thursday 4pm-10pm
Friday & Saturday 9am-11pm
Sunday 9am-10pm
Set Up:
Thursday 8am-3pm (vendors must arrive by 12noon)
Booth tear down is scheduled for Monday morning. Vendors must be clear of the fairgrounds, including all trash, by 11am on Monday.  Vendors who wish to begin strike early please note: NO booths can be struck until ALL patrons have left the festival Sunday night (likely around midnight).
