There are two bars open during the Festival for your responsible drinking enjoyment. We will be serving a selection of beers from Sierra Nevada Brewery, local wines and signature cocktails.
A one-time ID check and wristband are required to purchase alcoholic beverages at the festival. ID check and wrist banding stations will be located at both bars. Wristband must be worn throughout the weekend for repeat customers.

No outside alcohol is allowed inside the festival grounds.
Can I bring my pet dog, cat, owl, ferret, pig or snake?
No pets are allowed anywhere on the grounds at Worldfest, including the campground. Qualified and bona fide service animals are welcome. Companion and Emotional Support animals are NOT Service Animals under ADA law and are prohibited at Worldfest. Service Animal Policy All service animals must be trained, housebroken, leashed and under the direct control of their handler at all times. If any handler does not adhere to these conditions, the handler will be asked to remove the animal from the site. The handler then may return without the animal. Worldfest reserves the right to refuse admittance to or eject any individual whose conduct poses a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals or service animals. Any Worldfest patron arriving at the festival with a service animal should take their service animal to Guest Services located at gate 1. We will place a special wristband on your animal’s collar designating it as an approved Service Animal. Once your Service Animal has been banded, staff and security are not likely to question you again unless the animal causes a problem. Any patron bringing a non-service animal will be not permitted onto any of the festival grounds, including camping areas.

What are the fees on my ticket order?
The price said this amount, why is it suddenly $10 more when I go to check out?
Ticketing fees can amount to a total of $10 per ticket. We advertise our ticket prices to include our restricted Facility Fee but when you select your ticket all of the fees will be separately itemized. These fees support the maintenance of our state-of-the-art facilities and our ticketing platform. In-person ticket sales include the same fees and cannot be waived or removed.
Why are your ticketing fees so high?
Our Facility Fee increased on January 1, 2023, for the first time since 2014. Along with the general cost of utilities increasing, we now have a larger theater post-renovation and it costs more to maintain. We will continue to keep our ticketing fees as low as we possibly can in comparison with other ticketing venues. For questions, please call the Box Office at 530.274.8384.
Are bicycles allowed?
NO
Where are the ATM's?
There is an ATM machine located inside the festival grounds at the Sugar Pine Lodge near the Pine Tree Stage.
Can I get a refund or a voucher for next year?
All Worldfest tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for future events. You may transfer or sell the ticket to someone else. Just contact us at boxoffice@worldfest.net with the new patrons information, including name and email.
