FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

California WorldFest is a family festival and we want to ensure that all of our patrons have an enjoyable experience. For further questions, please contact info@worldfest.net

You may bring food and unopened nonalcoholic beverages inside one 12-pack size (17” x 12” x 10” max) cooler inside the festival grounds. No glass containers. Water bottles must be empty when entering festival grounds. Please be mindful of not leaving food and trash out. All trash must be disposed of upon your departure, as directed. 

No alcoholic beverages are permitted to be brought into the festival.

In an effort to reduce the use of plastic at the fest, we strongly encourage everyone to bring re-fillable water bottles and/or hydration packs to the festival. There will be FREE water stations on the grounds for folks to fill up their bottles, and very limited plastic water bottles available for purchase. Worldfest strives to be an environmentally conscious festival with a minimal footprint. Thanks for your cooperation.

All water carriers must be empty upon entering the festival grounds. No glass containers.

Two bars are open 11am – 9pm during the Festival. ID check and wristbanding are required for your first purchase. No outside alcohol is allowed inside the festival grounds.

No pets are allowed anywhere in the festival at WorldFest, including the campground, RV and car camping areas. Qualified and bona fide service animals are welcome.

Companion and Emotional Support animals are NOT Service Animals under ADA law and are prohibited at WorldFest.

Low-backed lawn chairs (under 32″ from top of chair to ground & under 10” from seat to ground) can be used near the stage. No chaise lounges.

There will be limited activities for kids 12 and under. This year the focus is on providing great music entertainment for the entire family throughout both days of the fest. Please be aware, we expect parents to supervise any child under the age of 10 years old at all times. Shows after 8pm may contain adult language/content that may not be suitable for young children.

GATE HOURS for camping arrivals (Main Entrance)

  • Friday: 1pm-10pm
  • Saturday: 9am – 7pm
  • Sunday: 9am – 7pm

 

FESTIVAL HOURS (Music & Entertainment)

  • Friday: 6pm – 10pm
  • Saturday: 10am – 10pm
  • Sunday: 10am- 10pm

Parking is not included with the purchase of a festival pass and must be purchased separately (unless you purchased a glamping package).*

EVERY VEHICLE arriving on-site must have a vehicle parking pass, Car Camping or RV Camping pass 

Every person in your vehicle must have purchased a festival pass in order to enter the festival.Camping will not be allowed in the general parking area.

Any vehicle longer than 20’ feet arriving onto the festival site will need to purchase RV or Car Camping.

* Purchase of a glamping package includes parking for 1 vehicle

No, festival goers may not have wheels in the grounds that aren’t a stroller, wheelchair, or other vehicle required for physical movement.

No. However, CC/Debit card payments can and will be accepted for on-site transactions. 

All tickets include a restricted Facility Fee ($5), Ticket Processing Fee ($3), and Credit Card Fee ($2, if applicable). Credit Card fees can be waived with cash payments.

No. All WorldFest tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Camping gear (tent, sleeping bags, lanterns, shade). Please check the weather and plan accordingly. Remember it can get chilly at night.
