Moira Delgado teaches all level yoga classes at UC Davis, some of which focus on social justice and life skills. She gives thorough instructions for beginners and offers more challenging variations of the poses for more experienced students. Each class introduces a theme that connects the mental and spiritual aspects to the physical practice of yoga. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday @ 10:00AM on the Evergreen Deck!!!

Enjoy vocal, instrumental, percussion and songwriting workshops throughout the weekend hosted by many of the performers and the invited workshop presenters, too. Drummers and dancers are welcome to join the late night drumming circles in the Welcome Stage.
